What do I do if my Debit/ATM card is lost or stolen?

Do I have to pay a fee to use Advancial ATMs?
No, all Advancial ATMs are free to Advancial members. To find the ATM nearest you, visit our Locations page.
When will I be reimbursed for other institutions’ ATM fees?
With Access or Award Checking, your ATM fees will be reimbursed at the end of the day.
How can I find my account number?
Your account number is written on your original account application. You can also contact your local branch or our Member Service Center. Please be prepared to give the Member Service Representative your name, social security number and date of birth.
What is the minimum balance for my checking account?
There is no minimum balance for Advancial Checking. To avoid fees, the minimum balance for Access Checking is $1,500 and the minimum balance combined balance for Award Checking is $15,000 between savings and Award Checking.
Can I pull money from my Check Clear Courtesy Overdraft?
No, Check Clear is simply a service to our members to avoid a returned check.
How do I reorder checks?
To order checks online, simply click here and follow the instructions. You may also contact your local branch or our Member Service Center.
Do I get free checks when I open a checking account?
Yes, every member gets one starter box of checks free of charge.
Why is the availability balance on my savings and checking accounts sometimes different from my actual balance?
If you use your Advancial debit card to make purchases, the merchant will put a hold on your account for the purchase amount. Once the charge comes through on your account, the hold is released.
Does Advancial offer an online bill paying service?
Yes, Advancial offers free Bill Payer on all checking accounts.
Is it possible to stop payment on an ACH transaction?
No, you may only stop payment on a paper check.
Can I open a checking account without opening a savings account?
No, your savings account is actually your share in Advancial. Your share gives you ownership and voting right in your credit union. This share is required to access all financial services Advancial provides.
