cuAnywhere® Online Banking How do I sign up for cuAnywhere? If you are currently a member, simply fill out the Sign Up for cuAnywhere form. Your password will be set within one business day. My cuAnywhere password/PIN is not working. How can I get my account information? If your PIN is not working, you may need to have it reset. Please fill out the Change/Forgot My PIN form and select a new PIN. Your PIN will be set up within one business day. How do I change my PIN? Please fill out the Change/Forgot My PIN form and select a new PIN. Your new PIN will be set up within one business day. I am entering in my correct account number and PIN, but a blank page comes up. What should I do? To use cuAnywhere, you must first make sure that Advancial is set as an exception to any pop up blockers. If the problem still persists, go to the “Tools” and “Internet Options” in your Web browser. Delete both the files and the cookies. If cuAnywhere still does not view correctly, contact our Member Service Center. How do I print my account history? First choose the dates you would like to print. Once the specified dates are visible on the screen, click the right mouse button. From the menu that pops up, choose print and print as usual. How much is this service? Advancial offers cuAnywhere to members at no charge. Do I need software from Advancial? No, all you need is a Web browser and access to the Internet. Are there any prescheduled down times where I will not be able to use cuAnywhere? Yes, cuAnywhere may occasionally be unavailable while undergoing maintenance, however the hours in question will be selected to affect as few members as possible. Why does the Internet Explorer browser give me a script error on my Macintosh when I exit cuAnywhere? Some versions of Microsoft's Internet Explorer browser display a script error on Macintosh computers when the exit button is clicked in cuAnywhere. This is inherent in the Microsoft product, and you can click "ok" to by-pass the message box. We have tested this function to be sure that no errors are actually occurring in cuAnywhere. Newer versions of the Internet Explorer should fix this Microsoft issue. Alternatively, the Netscape does not display this behavior. Will cuAnywhere automatically close my session if I forget to exit? Yes. After 15 minutes, cuAnywhere will automatically close your session and disconnect. How long will it take for cuAnywhere transactions to post? cuAnywhere transactions will post immediately. In rare circumstances, when Advancial is conducting upgrades or maintenance, your transactions will be held to post at a later time and you should receive a message within cuAnywhere indicating this. If I enter an incorrect PIN, will the system block access to the account? Yes. If you enter the incorrect PIN three times, your account will be blocked from cuAnywhere. You will need to contact our Member Service Center to have your PIN reset.
