Text Messaging Scam

Members can feel confident that Advancial employees will never initiate correspondence asking for a Social Security number, PIN number, credit card number or check/ATM card number.  Members should be suspicious of any type of messages that request this information and contact Advancial immediately.

Various text messaging scams have been reported. Scammers target members and non-members by  messaging nearly every cell phone within an area code. If you receive a message similar to the following, please disregard the message. 

"Your Credit Union account has been suspended and is now pending info verification. Call us NOW at 870.587.XXXX."
