How can I keep my account from becoming dormant?
To keep your account from going dormant, you must make at least one transaction per year.

What is the minimum balance for a savings account?
The minimum savings balance is $5.  The minimum to earn dividends is $100.

Why is there a limit on my savings withdrawals?
Savings withdrawals are governed by Regulation D.  This regulation states exactly how many withdrawal transactions can be made on each type of savings account.
